EQUESTRIAN FITNESS COACH
You wouldn’t expect your horse to compete at the top of their game out of shape, so why are you?
With show season approaching, it’s time to make sure you are in peak condition — strong, balanced, and solid in the saddle. At Alpha Creed Fitness, the focus is on building balance, core strength, total-body strength, mobility, recovery, discipline, and mindset so riders can perform at their best.

Rider-Shelby Opdycke
Over the past year, Cory has helped riders reach new levels of performance with programs built specifically for equestrians. Each plan is customized around individual goals, physical needs, and competition schedules so you’re ready when it counts.
Rider fitness plays a critical role in success. Improved strength and stability create a more secure seat, better control, and clearer communication with your horse. Greater endurance means less fatigue during long show days, while balanced mobility reduces strain on both rider and horse. When the rider moves efficiently and confidently, everything in the saddle improves.
Many riders struggle with low back pain, limited core stability, tight hips, knee discomfort, and upper body weakness — especially in English disciplines. Training targets these common problem areas directly, focusing on functional strength and mobility that translate to real results in the saddle. The goal isn’t aesthetics — it’s performance.
Programs include discipline-specific strength work: upper body development for riders, explosive power for barrel racers and ropers, and endurance and balance for trail riders. Core engagement remains a foundation for every discipline. Pre-ride activation, post-ride recovery work, and competition-weekend soreness management are also built in to keep you riding at your best.
This training is designed for competitive athletes and recreational riders alike — from serious competitors chasing titles to those who simply love time on the trail. Every program is built around the individual, not a template.
Cory’s approach centers on listening, adapting, and delivering measurable progress. With structure, accountability, and purpose-driven training, riders gain the strength and confidence to perform at their highest level.
Stronger rider. Stronger partnership. Better results.
